I am Sarah Gabrielle, founder of Bittle Beauty and a mom of two who knows firsthand what it feels like to lose your spark after having kids especially when you don’t have a village to lean on. Postpartum can feel like losing parts of yourself. Your body has changed, your time isn’t your own, and self-care? That’s usually the first thing to go. But here’s what I’ve learned: taking care of yourself isn’t selfish— it’s essential.
